For children who are ready to begin more formal education, The Giving Tree offers the Primary Program, taught by a qualified and experienced teachers. The Giving Tree uses the International Primary Curriculum, which is well-known in the international academic community for it's high standards.
Our Primary Program includes grades 1 - 5 and is intended for children ages 6 to 11 years old. The classes are carefully designed to ensure that each child receives age-appropriate learning support of high international standard, while benefitting from exposure to children of different ages.
This is the beginning of the The Giving Tree Primary Program journey. As students make the leap from early years education into this next step, they are supported by caring, qualified international educators in a small nurturing environment. Here, students receive additional learning experiences to compliment the foundation of an early years program.
In Grade 2 students begin to take ownership in their education and make choices that allow them to be leaders in their learning!
Students in Grade 3 benefit from a robust and challenging program that equips them with the necessary skills to make the transition into upper primary studies.
This multi-aged classroom allows children to learn in a rich, challenging environment that is enriched by the combination of learning styles and stages present.
Our primary classes follows the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). This is an internationally recognized curriculum that many quality institutions use worldwide.
The primary classes are located at our Primary Branch on St. #322, House #50.
